If you are separating or have separated, and you have questions relating to childcare, custody or the division of relationship property, I can help you. I can assist with parenting and property agreements and, if necessary, Family Court applications for parenting or guardianship orders, spousal maintenance, and division of property.

I am experienced with Family Court appearances, mediation and settling disputes by agreement before they reach court.  Court applications are usually the port of last resort, but sometimes need to be made swiftly, especially in situations involving domestic violence.
